Happy Sunday all! Finished the 500 crunches with a bang as I caught up with @deletedmember session from this morning who did them all in one go for the Tabata HIIT session this morning which was good as we had been trying to persuade Lee to fit in some crunches! Aside from workouts, I have a new giveaway on my Instagram grid, Franglais27, to win one of two Blu-Ray copies of the film Bad Hair. The deadline is 6pm this Friday 🙂
