Feeling so jealous not being able to take part in this weeks squat challenge but I got covid 😭😭😭😭 and standing up for 30 seconds is killing me off as it is. Been 2 days and already I am missing working out, can’t wait to feel myself again. Any tips on how to not lose weight when you don’t have the energy or desire to eat welcome ❤️
