Day 🖐🏾 squat hold We made it 😭 it wasn’t as bad as the other days, but the burn was still burning though 🤧 👀. Well done those that did 6 mins this morning too 👏🏾 We’ve honestly killed this challenge, pushed ourselves. I’m so proud of us 🏆.
