After a week of squat holds and training everyday (except yesterday because I’m sick), I pushed through today to make sure I finished the challenge and manage a 5 minute squat hold!! I DID IT!! 🤩🤩 mental strength was key. 🔥 Catch up on Ciara’s HIIT vs Weights. It bullied me but ‘Candy’ helped 😂
