I’m baaack! 💥 30min booty vs hamstrings with @Ciara London 💥 2 x 1min planks (hands/forearms) 💥 missed last weeks challenge but somehow went straight in today with a 4min squat hold!! 🥵🔥 Aim is to perfect the form as well as increasing the time (Elbow sweat pictures seem to be becoming a thing..) 🤔
