Ok so today was a big day.. I have been focusing a lot on running recently but today I was eager to focus on training. I did a 4 min plank hold!! WTF! Absolute madness. Very proud of myself as I’ve missed Monday - Wednesday so I’ve just gone straight in. Now time to focus on form and breath work to help relax into it. How is everyone doing? I use to think a 1 min plank hold was extremely hard and impossible to go over.. now look at us smashing out these goals. Wahoo 🤩
