Ngl I have struggleddd with this challenge π but today I surprised myself and got 4 mins in @Ciara London βs HIIT v weights class. The side planks helped thank you for the tip @deletedmember Keep bettering and pushing yourself, if you got 2 mins today aim for 2 mins 30 secs tomorrow , keep moving that goal post! π₯ Last hurdle of this challenge weβve got this squad! πͺπΎ P.s that sound is the washing machine spinning π¬
