Post sweat from leg day with my PT followed by finishers catch up crew.... I’ve had two rest days this week as I’m feeling very burnt out, PMSing, very tired and lethargic. Trying to get my mojo back. Very bloated atm which is a killer but I need to get my diet back into gear.
