HAPPY MONDAY GANG!! Week 2 of Wellness and I'm loving this week's theme of BALANCE & INTERNAL HEALTH πΏπ«πβ―οΈ Think we can all agree that we tend to forget about our internal health sometimes. I've definitely been trying my best to understand healthy insides (physically and mentally) are the key to those physical changes we work so hard on. I woke up, got my 10 min steps in and grabbed me a yummy green juice. π Now off to the gym for a sweaty session π₯΅ P.S. I definitely need to drink more water π§ #bodytrainingclub #wellnessweek
