My gosh. I’m TIRED. Week one back at work after 8 months of being closed to the public. Proud that my little restaurant has jumped back into life and we’ve had a decent first week, including stage 9 of the Tour de France coming to our town yesterday. I set out some intentions at the beginning of the week and it’s been tough to stick to. My eating habits being the hardest (running restaurants means you just don’t eat 🤦🏼‍♀️) although I’ve had breakfast every day and tried to get at least another small meal and a protein shake in. Not made it every day. I’ve managed 5 workouts (3 x 30’mins and 2 x 1hour) AND made 7mins as my PB plank with @Ciara London in super ci circuits. Hoping to settle into routine a little more next week and take this wellness challenge to heart. In the meantime I’m charging my batteries in the first sun in a few days 😊
