Grand risings to All!! ✨ I’m finally back on my workouts after having wayyy too much time off and my mental health being low so this is me climbing out of it so I can fly! I loved this morning with @msfitqueenuk and I did another morning session with @Sophie Hardy THE TWO BEST in the morning something about their energy, it’s magic! Anyway so building working out back in but I have a question. I’m trying to loose weight if I have a morning protein shake after a workout will that help me loose or gain weight? I’m so confused with the benefits of protein shakes when trying to workout and eating breakfast if you don’t usually someone said it makes you put on weight.🤯 can someone help please lol Have an amazing day!
