Hey squaddies πŸ’‹ I've decided to switch up my trainers this week. For a few reasons... Reignite the buzz, learn new exercises, go at a different pace.. Make my muscles work!! Just did jelly legs with @The Real Gym Guy and OH MY GAINS! He had me burning and giggling the whole way through. Tomorrow its upper with @Mike Fitness and I'm lit for it! All I can say is, if you're feelin a lil slump, or your muscles are starting to get used to the same classes, SWITCH. IT. UP.
