Anyone else in Thrust debt?! I most definitely am owing 300 thrusts from Tuesday when I had to tap out early thanks to work 🙃 But having this chalkboard with my week written up is ensuring my accountability like no other...last week I hadn't and my commitment flagged small small....🌚 but this week we are moving onwards & upwards 🙌🏾 ☀️How is everyone finding the thrusting? ☀️Is the peach preaching? 🍑🔥 ☀️Who else thinks the mini challenges keep us focused?!
