Good morning everyone! Love seeing everyone post their workouts 😍 you're all killing it! I'm going to push myself as much as I can this week! Monday I started off with Abs & Boxing with @deletedmember 💪 After work I tried the Time under Tension@deletedmemberLondon and practising my rope skipping for 20 minutes 😂 I had to pee so I had to go home 🙊 This morning was Resistance Booty Band@deletedmember-London and 500 crunches! I've personal training after work so it'll be a pre workout boost from Bulk I wreckon 😅 Hope you all have a fab day ✨💛
