Day 5 & itβs Friday fun day with these 3 π 30min abs & core with @deletedmember 30min foam rolling with @deletedmember 30min full body stretch with @OliviaEleni After an intense workout week I really needed to roll and stretch out my body so I opted for these two sessions to end the week off ππ½ - and then overnight oats for breakfast π€€ (Weekend, here we come!!)
