So, I think I might have had a little bit *too* much fun last week & pushed myself that bit too far so I had to take a couple of days out to recover & recharge. Today I was back to it with a low impact leg day with the machine that is @Sophie Hardy (making it look so easy!!) 🥵 Completely lost count with the donkey kicks, this is something I find really challenging so I couldn’t keep up but I did an extra 50 each leg after class just in case which I think would bring me to around 200 each leg (if it was more that’s a bonus) Have a good day everyone! 😘
