This morning I completed my first 5km Park Run. Park Runs are very special to me as my mum has been doing them and more importantly because my Granddad (who died just a few weeks ago) did 549 of them! He would have been so proud of me today. I was excited to text my family and friends about today but the one person I really want to tell is gone. It is very bittersweet. 😔
