Hello girls! I’ve finally joined the phenomenon of Body by Ciara! I neeeed some advice, I’m not new to fitness, I’ve trained in the past but I’ve been off my game for the last two/three years. Where would you girls recommend I start on the app? Also the app doesn’t really have an macro tracking or good log for which I’m using MFP. How do you work out your macros? Info about me - I’m going to be getting married in June 2022. 🎉👰🏽‍♀️I really want to be fitter, slimmer & healthier by then. I’m naturally curvy even when I’ve been slimmer & I love my food too. Help! Xxx
