Squad...it's been a while but I have been trying to workout when I have been up to it. Really enjoyed catching up on yesterday's circuits this morning. However, I have been really lacking in energy and even having to pause during some workouts, when I could usually push through. I have a pretty healthy diet, not been excessively drinking or out late and feeling at a loss as what to do. Anyone got any tips? Do I need supplements, a holiday or what?!
