Non workout related : I popped a post in the FB group about a squad meet up on the 21st Aug, it's quite short notice now so I am proposing a change of date to Saturday 11th September @ 2pm location most likely Shoreditch/Liv st area. Please comment if you would be interested and I can look at bars to hire an area for day drinks and bites.
