Messed up my hips about a week ago - Physio thinks it's clicking hip syndrome mixed with heavy impact of running. Some days it hurts to walk or go up stairs, some days are better. I have explored more trainers and enjoys a few low impact work outs but it's really starting to get me down. I love exercise and it really keeps me feeling positive. I'm scared I won't be able to exercise the way I used to.
