Anyone got any tips for getting rid of a lower back twinge on one side. It’s every time I squat low, worse with weights.. only on my left side? Been going on for months now and today I had to stop for a bit as it was causing me pain. Only whilst I’m exercising though and then a bit afterwards. Really trying to make sure my posture is right but maybe there’s something I’m doing wrong… any help appreciated.
