Monday 🏋🏻‍♀️ - 45min tabata weights.vs.hiit with the one and only @Ciara London Tuesday🦵🏽- 45min low impact leg day @Sophie Hardy & @emoneyvisionss the best combo Wednesday💪🏼 - trained for the first time with this beaut and absolutely loved it!! 45min Upper body amrap @Asha-Leah Thursday🧘🏻‍♀️- 45min slow flow & meditation @Soul Body by Phoebe as usual loved this and my body was thanking me for it Friday💧- 45min low impact hiit @Mike Fitness and what a session that was! Saturday - rest day Sunday - was feeling light headed / dizzy so decided to have a lazy day, can’t say I didn’t get bored but sometimes you just have to listen to your body, back at it tomorrow! @msfitqueenuk, thinking of you and sending you all the love and strength ❤️ xx
