First time in a gym and I completed the @Mike Fitness full body in the gym from 28/09. It was hard work💪🏾, and although I was anxious to go in. When I entered I went into work mode and just got on with it. 💪🏾💪🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🦵🏾🦵🏾🦵🏾. Ps I even used a kettlebell for the first time! Small wins!
