@Body by Ciara Official. Had a thought whilst struggling with single leg dead lifts (thanks @Sophie Hardy for breaking my legs again!) Would love some “form clinic” style classes. Don’t have to be long, 15 mins would do, just covering form for different variations. EG : Deadlifts: straight leg, single leg, sumo etc. The difference muscle wise, form tips. I know the majority of us know at least the basics but would be great to have that on demand to dip into as a refresher to make sure our form is on point. Feels greedy to ask for more when we already have so much. Just think it would be super helpful. 😊 Especially for single leg deadlifts 😂😂😂 I’m like a wobbly flamingo 🦩 Anyone else?
