I've been struggling since my asthma attack followed by a full blown flu/cold so I took a 2 week break and now feel all anxious about starting to workout again. To shake this off, I'm going to try and hold myself accountable and post on here what I've done each day to remind myself, it's okay to take breaks and it's about getting back up again and trying, that counts. On that note, I'm going to catch on Pull a Card. #keepgoing #wegotsthis
