@Ciara London is an absolute machine! 600 plus 800 glute bridges .. that’s insane!! Managed to catch todays live with Ciara at 12pm and loved it! My booty is on fire but I loved it! 🍑🔥 Managed 700 glute bridges which I’m super chuffed with! Im a bit nervous about posting this pic of me on my Instagram story and on here cause of my tum tum.. 🙈 but thought f it and posted it anyway lol
