Been away for a while. I noticed that I was actually losing weight with all the classes I was doing, so I have taken a break to gain some weight. @Ciara London @Body by Ciara Squad it would be great to hear your guidance on what classes to do, and what to avoid for the smaller/slight framed people among us. I want muscle tones gains but don’t want to loose weight again. I’m not a massive eater which probably doesn’t help. I prefer to eat little and often instead of mega meals. Any views or advice would be much appreciated 💕 🙏🏼 ☀️
