Evening squad 💛 One more day of Bootcamp! I'm so happy to have doubled up on some classes this week givng how busy it was 🤪 Today was circuits with @Ciara London and that 8 minute plank finished me off 🤣🤣 It was 7.25 ish for me and mixing between toes & knees! Followed by an amazing stretch class with @OliviaEleni ✨✨✨ Sitting in tonight with the vegan tofu dinner from the October meal plan and watching Christmas 🎄 movies 😍 Have a lovely evening everyone and let's smash the last day of Bootcamp 🔥🔥🔥
