Excuse me whilst I lie on the floor for a while 🥵🥵🥵 Bootcamp week was a-LOT! But it was the ideal kick-start into winter training for me! We all became each others accountability partners and competition to an extent - pushing ourselves that bit harder! @Daljit just did a 10min squat hold in the Bootcamp Finisher class for fun!? So proud but she's mad! 🤣 Cannot wait for the next bootcamp squad we battered this week 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 so proud of everyone! Make sure you complete your accountability trackers as there are prizes up for grabs as well!!! HAPPY SUNDAY 🎉 😊
