All I can say say is wow the session this week it's been wicked. Can I just BIG UP all the trainers and especially CICI for always pushing us to the next level. I have enjoyed it crazy or what but the joys of doing a live is so motivating & everyone cheers each other on. NOT BAD 4 AN OLD BIRD.🤩🤩
