Hey everyone, quick query for Apple Watch users - what do you put your settings to for Ciara’s Tabata boxing vs upper body? I’m finally getting back into my workouts this week after months of being unwell and unable to workout! Im catching up on deload week this week so I can focus on form and take it a bit slower to ease me in!!
