Yesterday was amazing 😍 I got the chance to visit the @Body By Ciara Official gym and meet some fellow squaddies and PTs! We received such a warm welcome and eveyone was just so lovely. I feel so lucky to have had that chance and I'm so excited for eveyone to experience it. I'm resting now until Wednesday as I'm fasting for a small procedure so I don't wanna faint in work 😂 Have a lovely Sunday eveyone 💛
