Good evening everyone! 🌱 I don’t know if it’s just me but I’ve been struggling with motivation recently, I think it’s a combo of various reasons (uni, work and no sun ). Do you have any tips? I’ve just finished a 30 minutes hiit workout and I feel reborn, I want to keep myself on track! 🧡🔥 ps: I’m so excited for the gym opening up!! I don’t live in the uk, I wish I could join you all in real life too! So proud of this team!
